ENTREE
Cream of pumpkin soup
Char-grilled chorizo salad with grilled vegetables, semi dried tomato, crisp
greens, pesto dressing
Smoked salmon salad with wild rocket, orange and pistachio with citrus dressing
MAIN COURSE
Traditional roast turkey served with leg ham, cranberry sauce and a rich gravy
Chicken roulade served with a brie and spinach stuffing
Slow-cooked scotch served medium with a red wine jus
All main meals will be served with roasted rosemary and sea salt chat potatoes
Garden salad and seasonal vegetables will be served to the table
DESSERT
Christmas pudding served with brandy custard and vanilla ice cream
Eton mess served with chantilly cream, a berry coulis and anglaise
Chocolate mousse topped with tuille and fresh berries
